About AGA

Abi Gibbs Academy (AGA) was founded in 2020 as a platform for dancers to explore their passion and creativity. At AGA, we believe in more than just dance; we believe in the transformative power of movement, expression, and self-discovery. Our mission is not just to teach dance steps but to instill confidence, foster creativity, and nurture the unique potential within each student.

Meet Abi Gibbs, the founder of AGA. With a wealth of experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, Abi started in the industry at a very young age, she has performed around the world as a dancer, musical theatre performer, and aerialist. A standout moment in her career includes three years with Disney Cruise Line. Alongside her performing career, Abi has years of experience teaching in HE and FE colleges and holds her BA, MA and PGCE in Dance and performing arts.

AGA proudly offers prestigious RAD Ballet examinations, ISTD Tap, ISTD Modern and LAMDA Drama examinations. With a 100% pass rate, our students consistently achieve high merits and distinctions, showcasing their dedication and the quality of instruction they receive.
